Amisha Patel accused of fraud of crores of rupees, High court seeks reply in 2 weeks

Bollywood actress Amisha Patel has been accused of fraud of crores of rupees. The case is in the Jharkhand High Court and after the hearing, the court has asked the actress as well as the person who filed the petition to give a written reply in 2 weeks. It is a matter of taking crores of rupees in the name of making a film, not returning the money if the film is not made, and also with the check bounce.

A petition in this case was filed by the Jharkhand High Court. After hearing both the sides during the hearing, the court has directed to have a written side in 2 weeks, given the seriousness of the case.
The petition was heard in the court of Jharkhand High Court Judge Anand Sen.

Did not return the money even if the film was not made
Justice Anand Sen heard the case through video conferencing. The petitioner’s advocate and the government’s advocate also joined the court through video conferencing. Amisha Patel is accused that her company took Rs 2.5 crore in the name of making the film. But when the film was not made, do not return the money.

Ajay Singh gave Rs 2.5 crore to Amisha in 2017
According to the petition filed in the court, the case is 2017. Ajay Kumar Singh and Amisha Patel met during an event at Harmu Housing Colony. Meanwhile, in the name of making the film ‘Desi Magic’, Ajay Kumar Singh transferred two and a half crores to Amisha Patel’s account. Ajay is the proprietor of Lovely World Entertainment. After not making the film and not getting the money back, Ajay Singh filed a complaint in the lower court.

Amisha Patel’s check bounced
In his complaint, Ajay Kumar Singh has alleged that Amisha Patel has cheated him. He demanded money when the film was not made. A check of Rs 2.5 crore was given to him by the actress, which bounced. The High Court has now given instructions to hold the next hearing of the case after 2 weeks.
