The work of applying Corona vaccine (Covid-19 Vaccine) can start across the country from next week. On Sunday, the government approved two vaccines of Corona – Oxford University and Covishield of AstraZeneca and Covaxin of Bharat Biotech for emergency use. According to government sources, vaccination work will be done in different phases. In the next 6-8 months, about 300 million people will get the vaccine dose. Prime Minister Narendra Modi also congratulated the scientists on Monday and said that the work of vaccination of Corona made in the country is about to begin.

English newspaper Hindustan Times Citing government sources, it has been claimed that after getting the green signal from the vaccine, now its storage work has started. A government official said that the two vaccine companies which got the green signal, the government is now making a purchase deal with them. Doses of 5 to 6 crore vaccines will be purchased in different batches. About 3 crore people will be vaccinated in the initial phase.

Preparations on every front
According to government officials, the paper work will take some time, but other things are being arranged quickly so that vaccination is not delayed. The dry run of vaccination across the country has been successful. There were problems in some states. But now all the troubles have been removed. Apart from this, the registration work will be done to give vaccination through CoWIN app, it has also been fixed.28 thousand vaccination points

After the completion of the deal with the companies making the vaccine, they will be placed in different 31 main hubs of the country. These hubs have been built in different parts of the country. After this, these vaccines will be sent from here to 28 thousand vaccination points in the country. This point is in different states. It is being said that the number of vaccination points can be increased if needed. The first vaccine dose will be given to one crore health workers. After this, about 2 crore front line workers will be given.

Helpline number
Apart from this, helpline numbers are also being prepared across the country so that all the information related to the vaccine can be given to the people. Till now, training has been given to give vaccination to one and a half lakh people across the country. According to Health Minister Harsh Vardhan, vaccination work will be done at every booth level as per the election process. 28900 cold chains and about 8500 equipment will be used under the UIP.
