DNA ANALYSIS: 3 big mistakes of Pandit Nehru on Kashmir

0

Today we will analyze that half of Jammu and Kashmir which went to Pakistan due to a mistake of Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru. On 5 January 1949, the United Nations gave the people of Jammu and Kashmir the right to hold a referendum in a fair manner. This happened due to a big mistake of the Government of India.

In the year 1947, the merger of Jammu and Kashmir into India was attempted to be resolved with the help of the United Nations, while it was a domestic matter, it should not have been taken to an international organization.

This is how Pakistan occupied a large part of Jammu and Kashmir

Soon after independence, in October 1947, Pakistan invaded Kashmir and occupied a large part of India. In response, the Indian Army was continuously advancing by winning its territory from Pakistan. Then the then Prime Minister Jawaharlal Nehru declared a ceasefire. The sudden decision gave Pakistan the opportunity to occupy a large part of Jammu and Kashmir. Jawaharlal Nehru had already made the mistake of taking the Kashmir case to the United Nations (UN) in 1948, even before the war ended, so Pakistan could not be removed from the PoK. The result of this mistake is that Pakistan uses Kashmir against India.

Pakistan’s false claim on Jammu and Kashmir

Both Pakistan and India have been making their claims on Jammu and Kashmir, but history and facts show that Pakistan’s claim on Jammu and Kashmir is not only false, but this claim has no legal, religious or geographical basis.

Christine Fair, an American writer, has exposed the false claims of Pakistan in her book. The name of this book is – Fighting to the End: The Pakistan Army’s Way of War. In this book, he has told how Pakistan’s claim on Jammu and Kashmir is not only historically wrong, but most of Pakistan’s leaders and officers have never read the resolution passed by the United Nations. The way Pakistan’s leaders, media and intellectuals have been lying about Jammu and Kashmir. What Christine Fair has said about him should be listened very carefully to Pakistan and all those who question India’s role in Jammu and Kashmir.

India among 10 temporary members of UN Security Council

The United Nations is the platform Pakistan has used to make false and false claims on Jammu and Kashmir. However, Pakistan has not been able to move forward with this propaganda for the last 73 years. Whereas in the new year, India has joined 10 temporary members of the Security Council of the United Nations. India will have this membership for two years.

The tricolor was introduced when India’s temporary membership of the United Nations Security Council began. Now this flag will be installed here for the next two years.

This is the eighth time when India has got a place in the Security Council. For this, 184 countries out of 192 of the United Nations supported India. This is the biggest proof of the world’s trust in India.

Now Pakistan’s concern has increased, because after joining the Security Council, India will continue to raise the issue of terrorism. However, India has consistently supported the reform of the UN Security Council. So that countries like India can also be made its permanent members. At present, the Security Council has only 5 permanent members.
