Punjab’s popular singer Sardul Sikander has died at the age of 60 on Wednesday. He breathed his last at Fortis Hospital in Mohali. Sardul had been ill for a long time. He was admitted to the hospital last month due to some kidney problems. His kidney was also then transplanted. His operation was successful, but after this he was infected with Corona.

His health worsened due to Corona and he was undergoing treatment in the hospital. The death of Sikandar has taken a big blow to his fans and the Punjabi music industry. All are paying tribute to him by sharing posts on social media. His wife Amar Noori is also a very famous singer. Sardul also has two sons, Sarang and Alap.

Sardul’s debut album came in the year 1980
Sardul has sung many Punjabi hit songs. His debut album ‘Roadways the Lari’ came in the year 1980. After this, he took out many albums and never looked back. His album ‘Husna de Malko’, which came in 1991, made him popular worldwide. His album then sold 5.1 million copies. Apart from songs, Sardul also acted in many Punjabi films. His acting in the film ‘Jagga dacoit’ was also highly praised.
