An FIR was lodged on Monday due to reports of no quarantine after Arbaaz Khan, Sohail and Nirvana returned from the UAE. Now Salim Khan has once again come forward in defense of sons. Salim has claimed that all three are quarantined in the hotel. On December 25, these members of the returned Khan family reached home directly.
Complaint a day ago
The actors’ institutional quarantine was arranged at the Taj Grand Hotel in Mumbai. Where they were to stay quarantine, but these people went home from the hotel on the 26th of next morning. After this BMC filed a complaint against all three. It was investigated for a week. The police also took statements of the three. After this, a case has been registered for breaking the protocol.
Khan Brothers have been booked under section 188, 269 of IPC and section 3 of the Pandemic Act. The case was registered by a BMC medical officer. Later, the Mumbai Police, taking action, quarantined these three in a five star hotel near their house in Bandra.
The rule came into force after the new strain was found
According to TOI news, Salim has said that he does not know much about this, but all three family members are in the hotel. According to the rules of the Government of Maharashtra, all those returning from UK, UAE and Europe are required to have Institutional Quarantine for 7 days. This rule came into force after the corona found a new strain.
