Kisan agitation: 200 toilets and geysers reached the picket site, donated by American NGO

New Delhi. People are constantly coming forward to help the farmers who are protesting against the new farm laws. Recently two Sikh NGOs of America have donated toilet and geyser for farmers on Tikri Border. More than three weeks have passed while demonstrating farmers on the borders of Delhi. There have been many talks between the farmer and the government side, but till now everything has been fruitless. However, after meeting Agriculture Minister Narendra Singh Tomar, Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar has said that a solution can be found in 2-3 days.

Speaking to the news agency, Hoshiarpur coordinator SP Singh Khalsa of Sikh Panchayat Fremont said, “In view of the lack of basic facilities at the dharna site, we have decided to donate 200 portable toilets and geysers.” Earlier, many celebs and social activists reached the borders of Delhi and helped the protesting farmers.

The wedding was refused giftsA similar case was reported from Punjab. Here in Sri Muktsar Sahib, a family made a donation instead of a wedding gift. The family took this step in support of the farmers’ movement. According to the family, the amount raised through this donation letter will be given to the farmers. At the wedding, the groom said, ‘This is our struggle and we have to fight together.’

Today will celebrate tribute day

The farmers who are protesting today have decided to celebrate the tribute day. During this period, the agitation will pay tribute to the farmers who died. Significantly, today is also the martyrdom day of Sikh Guru Tegh Bahadur Singh Ji. On this occasion, Prime Minister Narendra Modi (PM Narendra Modi) reached Gurudwara Rakab Ganj Sahib in Delhi. It is believed that no special arrangements were made during this visit of PM Modi.
