In view of the new strain of Coronavirus New Strain in Britain, Uddhav Government of the state has extended the night curfew till 5 January.

Please tell that the pace of coronavirus infection in Maharashtra has slowed down. However, the state government is cautious as new strains of viruses are found in Britain. The Uddhav government has appealed to the people to celebrate the new year at home to strengthen the hold on the Kovid-19 transition. The statement issued by the government said that the night curfew will continue till January 5, which runs from 11 am to six in the night.
The Mahavikas Aghadi Government of the state has said in its instructions that there will be no curfew on December 31, but avoid going to the sea shore, gardens and roads. Children younger than ten years and elderly people above 60 years have been advised not to leave the house.

According to the Health Ministry, there are 58,294 active cases of corona virus in the state, while 18 lakh 14 thousand 449 people have been cured after getting treatment.
More than 49 thousand people have died due to virus infection in the state. Maharashtra is one of the most affected states in the country due to virus infection.
