Lucknow Mayor Samyukta Bhatia, DM Abhishek Prakash and Municipal Commissioner Ajay Dwivedi attended the meeting. Mayor Samyukta Bhatia said that to liberate the city from air pollution and control pollution, it has been decided that 24-hour oxygen-giving plants will be planted in parks.

Green buffer will be created to deal with pollution
To reduce pollution levels of the city, a green buffer will be sanctioned on the roads and dividers for effective prevention of pollution from industrial areas, major markets and vehicles plying on the road. Has been.

  • Mechanical sweeping will be done in small streets, streets of the city and places where there is a lot of traffic. A proposal for cleaning with a vacuum liter vehicle has been passed.
  • Air quality monitoring station will be constructed. The sensor installed in it will know the level of pollution.
  • Air quality station will be constructed in Lucknow to improve the air quality index. 20 crore rupees will be allocated for this.
  • Approval has been granted to purchase 10 anti-smoke guns to deal with other untouched particles including dust rising in the city air.
  • 50 moving view cutters will be purchased to prevent pollution and streamline traffic at construction sites.
  • With a view to reduce the consumption of wood and avoid pollution in the cremation ghats of the city, Rs 5 crore was sanctioned for setting up a green crematorium and electric crematorium in the crematorium.
