Vandana, a 23-year-old resident of Surat, Gujarat (Gujarat), who is hearing and hearing impaired, created an artwork of Prime Minister Narendra Modi from Diwali festival Rangoli and sent her picture to him. Modi also encouraged Vandana and said that it is a true victory to face challenges in life. PM Modi has written a letter to Vandana.

Vandana’s brother Kishanbhai Patel said that when the Prime Minister sent a reply through a letter of his picture (PM Modi’s letter), he was not happy. He said that this gave him a lot of inspiration. Patel told that Vandana has been a victim of speech and hearing disability since childhood and she is learning the art related to it in a coaching institute. Rangoli is such an art in which artworks are made from colorful powdered rice, sand or flowers.

In a letter sent to Vandana, the Prime Minister, while encouraging him, wrote that there are obstacles and challenges in life, but even in the opposite circumstances, when we fight it without losing it, that is the true victory. She wished for Vandana’s golden future and hoped that she will achieve new heights in the field of arts and education. In the letter sent to the Prime Minister with the picture, Vandana told him his inspiration.

Here, the Modi government seems ready for the budget to be presented on February. PM Modi is going to have a meeting with economists and experts on Friday. NITI Aayog Chairman Rajiv Kumar and CEO Amitabh Kant will be present in this meeting which is going to be done in a virtual way.
