Actor Rajpal Yadav has been in the film industry for many years and has experienced all the ups and downs that most actors in Bollywood have to face. Even after all this, he is confident about his future. In an interview, he jokingly said, ‘Lead actor of upcoming film Coolie No.1 will also work with the child of Varun Dhawan’.
Rajpal recalled the entire time in which he has seen Varun grow up before his eyes as he was working with Varun’s father, director David Dhawan, for many years. He told that, after the success of the film Jungle, he had the privilege of signing 16 films in a month.
When David Dhawan offered him a one-scene role in the 2002 film Chor Machaye Shor, he was hoping that Rajpal would hesitate to play it. Since this scene was with Amitabh Bachchan, Rajpal Yadav said that he will also play a one-line role. Rajpal recalled this story in an interview to Bollywood Hungama, where he will play his new film Coolie with David and Varun. Ready for release ‘Coolie No.1’ is a remake of David’s 1995 film, in which Govinda and Karisma Kapoor were in the lead roles. The new film is the third such project in which the father and son duo will be seen working together. The film also stars Sara Ali Khan and Paresh Rawal.
