Ranbir’s new clause: Ranbir Kapoor took lessons from the delay in films, now if the film is not completed on time, then every day will take extra money
Taking lessons from the delay in shooting some of his previous films, Ranbir Kapoor has added a new clause to his contract. According to the reports, now they will charge extra every day for such films, which will not be completed on time. He will begin shooting for his new film from January 6, which is being directed by Luv Ranjan.
A Mumbai Mirror report quoted sources as saying, “Ranbir does not want his films to take long to complete. He wants to complete it in May 2021 by shooting nonstop for Luv Ranjan’s next film.”
Ranbir was troubled by the delay in these films
The Jagga Jasoos, directed by Anurag Basu, took three years to complete. The film began shooting in 2014 and was released in 2017. Apart from this, the announcement of ‘Brahmastra’, directed by Ayan Mukherjee, was done in 2017 and shooting started in February 2018. But it is three years and the shooting of this film is not complete yet.
‘Brahmastra’ was to be released on December 4 this year. But due to Corona epidemic, its shooting could not be completed and it was pushed forward. The film, starring Alia Bhatt and Amitabh Bachchan along with Ranbir, is now set to release in 2021.
Ranbir will shoot two films in 2021
According to the report, Ranbir will be shooting two new films in 2021. By January 14, he will complete the first schedule of Luv Ranjan’s film. After this, they will try to complete the remaining shooting of ‘Brahmastra’ before 31 January. Then they will complete Love Ranjan’s film nonstop by May 2021. After this, he will complete the shooting of gangster drama ‘Animal’ under the direction of ‘Kabir Singh’ fame director Sanjeev Reddy.
