WB Board Exams 2021: The West Bengal government has announced that board exams for students of class 10th and 12th will be held in July and August in the state. Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee has released the temporary schedule of West Bengal Board Examination. According to the schedule, the Class 12th board exams will be held in the last week of July and the Class 10 board exams will be held in the second week of August.
There will be 90 minutes exam
The examination will be conducted for major subjects only. The exam will be of 90 minutes only and will be conducted in the students’ schools. For other subjects, schools will evaluate students on the basis of internal assessment.
How many students will take the exam?
This year, West Bengal 12th Board Examination will cover 8.5 lakh students and 12 lakh students will appear in class 10th examination.
Many state boards including Chhattisgarh have already announced their board exam dates. The final decision on CBSE, UP board class 10th, 12th exam, Maharashtra board exam is expected this week.
