To beat Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee, the BJP has devised a strategy at micro level to reach every voter in the state, to make it to their heart. For this, the entire state has been divided into five regions and state leaders have been made observers.

These leaders got responsibility
There are a total of 23 districts in the state, which are divided into 5 regions. These areas are – North Bengal, Nawadip, Kolkata, Mednipur and Rar Banga. The most supervisor of the North Bengal region with 8 districts is Santhan Basu. ‘Special Team 7’ also in the field

Look at Dalits, farmers and laborers
To strengthen their vote bank in the state, they have been asked to meet Dalits, farmers, laborers, tribals, understand their expectations and challenges. This is the reason why Nadda and Shah reached the homes of people of the same class in their travels. Through this, there is an attempt to increase SC, ST and OBC vote banks.

Staying intellectuals-artists
The BJP is now trying to establish itself in the local culture of Bengal to deal with the sarcasm that Mamata Banerjee has done by calling it an outsider. For this, the leaders have been asked to join with the intellectuals of Bengal and meet the artists. In this order, meetings are to be held with people of this class. While working in this direction, Shah and Nadda have already visited many local temples including Dakshineswar Kali Temple, Kalighat Temple. Not only this, all the leaders have also paid tribute from Birsa Munda to Khudiram Bose and Swami Vivekananda to Rabindranath Tagore.
