Chhoti Si Guzaarish Review: OTT Platform MXplayer after Shishir Sharma and Smita Jaykar starrer 2017 short film ‘Chhoti Si Guzaarish’ being shown at several big film festivals Is released on. This film has been directed by Pragyesh Singh. This half-hour film depicts the helplessness of parents, who spend their lives earning their child’s education, however, in the run-up to the world, that child completely forgets his parents is. In this film, it is shown that in this growing world, children do not consider parents to be part of their family, by removing them from their lives as if they did not have any importance.
In the film, after the children leave, the lives of the parents alone are shown well. Shishir Sharma and Smita Jaykar have done amazing work in this film showing the truth of society. In the film, the son’s character is played by ‘Inder Kumar’. The film revolves around the lives of ‘Shishir’ and ‘Saguna’. ‘Sugna’ is struggling with last stage cancer, Shishir has spent his entire income to settle his son abroad. Now Shishir does not have much money left to cure her wife. The film ends in a way that no one can imagine.
On the other hand, Saguna persists to talk to her son only once. His only last wish is that the son cremate him. Shishir is forced to take such a step to fulfill Sugna’s last wish, which shakes the viewer. After all, the end of the film is very painful.
